Stephanie Marks is a former U.S. Immigration Judge with over 20 years experience in the field of immigration and nationality law. Before beginning private practice, she directed the Asylum Program at the Lawyers committee for Human Rights and served as National Director for the Vera Institute of Justice Immigration Project. Stephanie has been a guest speaker on immigration matters at programs organized by the Bar Association of the City of New York, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New York Academy of Sciences, and many New York area law schools and universities. She has also published many articles on various immigration topics and is recognized as a national expert in the
field of immigration law.
